Don’t go to glasfit Menlyn

I am so disgusted in glasfit’s service, they put a defective windshield into my vehicle and don’t want to replace it. It is an insurance claim and they want my insurance company to pay for the defective one and the new one, which I think is totally wrong. Why must the insurance company pay for the defective one and a new one, the person I was dealing with is Phillipine at glasfit Menlyn.
