I has an autoglass emergency over the weekend. i called the Glasfit call centre and not very long after that I received a call from Vincent Bekete. He was efficient and professional and promised to call me back with an update regarding stock availability. He called me and informed me that the stock was indeed available and he would see me later after a call in Edenvale was completed. He then called me to update me of his whereabouts.<br> Vincent arrived with his colleague, Patrick Masondo. They were fast, efficient, friendly and professional and did the job superbly. I take my hat off to you two guys, you had been working the entire Sunday and still arrived with a great, motivated attitude. You are an asset to your company and I am sure you will get many returning customers due to your great service.
