Dishonest Senior Fitment Specialist Glasfit Roodepoort

I filed a claim with my insurance who approved the claim. I was visited by the fitment team at my workplace. Whilst I was not in sight of the senior fitment specialist but in the sight of my colleague (Mr. Lucky Matamela acting as the stand in security guard noted) that the junior fitter said that the he pulled the plastic (meaning it broke). The snr fitment official without pointing out the damage he caused said they would have to order the side panels in order to access the loosening *****s" require them to break these side panels in any event. What irks me when I spoke to the manager Glasfit Roodepoort Allistair said that the senior fitments specialist side panel alleged that the one panel was broken when he arrived at the car in the first place. Mr Matemela has undertaken to do depose to an affidavit to prove that there were no damages to the panel prior to the arrival of the fitment specialist. The photos I took at the time of the claim reflects no damage. It is disingenuous and an insult to my intelligence to allege that I would have subjected the panel to breakage when I have no clue how windscreens! Yet Glasfit Allistair at Glasfit Roodepoort and the anonymous senior glass fitter remains his lie is the truth! Recommendation if Glasfit Roodepoort do any work for your record the installation/or work done.
