Disgustingly rude service

Had an issue with a chip repair that was done by glasfit cresta. Post the repair the back lights on my vehicle stopped working as they had plugged their equipment onto my car battery and possibly caused a short. I was asked to go back to them to have it checked and was confronted by an absolutely rude and arrogant Afrikaaner white lady by the name of Amelia. She was abrasive and not schooled on customer care and respect. I am shocked that people can still think they have authority to speak to people in the manner they feel due to their race. Glasfit management, this is poor from the cresta branch. I will be taking this matter up further.
