Deposit lost

I paid R15216 deposit for windows and doors and until today not received any windows or doors . I did contact the owner Jaco from Glasfit Belfast , but no luck. Glasfit Head office claim it is not their responsibility , the franchisers are independently owned and are therefore excluded . one would like to think that a reputable and long standing company like Glasfit would make an effort to assist me in having my money returned in full.
