Damaged sunroof

I’m actually writing this with frustration and disgust by one of your branches Alberton to be exact.

I took my car there on Saturday, 22 October 2022 for a windscreen replacement as instructed by my insurance as it their recommended service provider.

The windscreen fitted on my car is not the right size and I alerted the person who was doing the fitting and he didn’t even look interested in what I was saying and kept on saying it’s a factory fault and they’ll have to get another one and continued taking pictures of the car. so i left and didnt sign any paper work.

When I arrived home I tried opening my sunroof and to my dismay my sunroof is now *****ed, scratching my car roof top and it doesn’t even close.

On Monday, 24 October 2022 I took my car back to the Glasfit branch and they denied having touched anything on the sunroof. This is not true as clearly there was some force app**** to the roof which damaged some of the components which caused the damage.

Prior to this my car was in for a major service at Audi on Tuesday, 18 October and there were no faults detected or reported to me on my sunroof and everything was working perfectly fine after the service.

How is it possible that my sunroof is damaged after an "incorrect" windscreen fitment when everything was working perfectly fine prior to that?

How an supposed to drive around with an open sunroof, it's raining for **** sake?????

Your service is atrocious and you're only interested in pushing sales without even considering the customer exprience you're giving.
