Customer First is null
There I am going to Glasfit today to examine my car for an insurance which literally takes 5 minutes. I got there around 11:55 and when I jump off the car I was told that they closed, I tried talking to the black Fat Lady and explain to her that its not 12 already and she gave me attitude, telling me how late I am and now I wanna tell them that it is not 12 already, like she was a customer and I was the agent. what happened to the \Customer is always right"?. I will never ever go to that branch anymore"

We apologise if you feel that you have been inconvenienced in anyway. We will be looking into creating an appointment based system in the future as insurance inspections take 15 minutes or more in order to correctly verify all the details insurers require us verify. We hope that this new system will eliminate disappointments like the one you encountered from happening in the future.
