Cheating clients

Im so disgusted by the custom service in tree rivers under the managing director PM Niemand I went in to get by back window fit in however they had to order the glass which will be available on Monday I paid the full amount upfront through this process I was not told about any policy especially the no refund one After I speak to my dad about the car he told me to cancel cause I can’t have the car unfixed for so long Went back requested a cancellation only then I was told about the no refund policy hi h is on the wall and hidden behind shelves for clients not no see I feel I was ******* cause they were quick for me to pay the 80% and more without full i formation The employees were rude Burnadette Gouws the cashier and the manager ( Carlien Koen ) was even worse talking over me and threatening to call security to escort me out . They have respect for their clients what’s so ever
