Bryanston Glasfit has disappointed me time and time again

To whom it may concerned.

I have received shocking service from glasfit Bryanston, I have car insurance with discovery, I did my claim with my insurance and they referred me to glasfit Bryanston in August. The guy that was appointed to me kept postponing so I got so miserable I ended up ignoring my first claim, 3 months later I thought I could try again so I reactivated my claim and then again was referred to the same branch so I thought I could give them the benefit of the doubt and they appointed a guy by the name of William who called to make an appointed and everything went well until the job was done and I was not happy with the outcome to I decided to get in touch with him again to rise my concern, my exact words with him was that... I do not think he did a job well done and his reply to me was that he is not a priest neither he is a miracle worker, I could not believe what I was reading, I am in retail and I deal with customers on a day to day bases and if I had to reply a client like that I would be dismissed on the spot, I am very disappointed that such service is still allowed.
