Bad/no service from GLASSFIT AND OUTSURANCE
I had my business window smashed and filled a claim with Outsurance, they in turn provided GLASSFIT as the service provider. I have been given the runaround by GLASSFIT, they have NO intention of replacing my window today, this leaves my business premises unsecured and they don’t seem to care. They don’t answer calls . I am insured with OUTSURANCE, who also don’t seem to care that my shop will be unsecured tonight. I have insurance to prevent this from happening. I would NOT recommend GLASSFIT to my worst enemy
