Bad services

Glassfit kathu is ****. Glassfit SA also not contacted me about my complaints after my last 3 communications. Payment done June 2021 and still not satisfied. Workmanship is **** (frames don't fit the gap measured frames have gapes, door lock doesn't line up at all)courtesy towards clients none existing( pitch up when they want no appointments)housekeeping don't think there is such a concept in there values( client must clean up after they work). This is my second complaint with regards to this and no one has approached me to rectify. All my details are available to the business
