Bad service from Glasfit Kempton Park

My windscreen got hit by a rock and cracked. I called Glasfit call center and they referred me to Glasfit Kempton Park. Glasfit Kempton Park called me on the 7th of September and the lady on the phone was friendly. We arranged that they will come on the 9th at around 12 or 1pm. I waited and they never came or even called me. I tried calling the number they called me on but it only said "forward" and then the call will end. I called Glasfit call center at around 2pm and told them the number Glasfit Kempton Park does not work and they never came to fix my windscreen. They said they'll call me back. Guess they won't because I'm still waiting. I took of from work today for them to come fix it. I'm very disappointed in Glasfit Kempton Park service. They could have at least called me.
