Bad service and quality

I took my car to them on Saturday 9th of April so that they could do a inspection on the car for my insurance. My insurance company still did not receive a inspection certificate from them and they are considering to terminate my policy. Secondly I took the car to them for smash and grab on the 14th of April. When they received the car they sent a guy to do a pre inspection on the car. He wanted to change the front windscreen, (why I don't know as it is a brand new car). They were supposed to come and pick me up when the car was finished. I phoned them at 14h50 to find out if they were finished. They said that the car was done and that someone is going to come and pick me up. 16h00 and still no one came. I phoned again to ask where the guy is to pick me up, they put the phone down. I just took my car when I arrived. The smash and grab was put on badly, there is allot of bubbles in it as the windows was not cleaned. Now I have to pay someone else to redo the work. They don't fit the best best.
