Bad Service

Glasfit Alberton contacted me on a Friday and I made an appointment for Saturday. I was told my car window has arrived. Saturday I went there and to my surprise I get told that my glass was used yesterday for another car. They you'd me to wait as the driver went to fetch another one. Why was I not contacted the Friday or first thing when they open on Saturday that my glass has been used and they will inform me once it has arrived. I had to sit there in this cold weather waiting for my window to be fetched. Where is professionalism? My plans for Saturday had to be changed and some cancelled.
