Awesome, friendly, prompt service! Thank you

I am so impressed with the outstanding service I received from Maria Matjila. I had a cracked windscreen which needed replacing, as per my insurance instructions I had to use either PG Glass or Glasfit. I phoned PG Glass first and received a whole lot of attitude and rudeness from the lady who answered. I simply put down the phone. Being wary now of yet more rudeness, I decided to email Glasfit, which I did on Friday afternoon. Monday mid-morning, I got a call from Maria, informing me the claim had been approved and they were ordering the windscreen for me and would let me know when it arrived. Monday afternoon I received a call telling me it had arrived and could I be at their premises by 09:00 today (Tuesday). I was, was welcomed with much friendliness and left, a very satisfied customer by 10:45. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your courteous and friendly service! I am truly impressed. #greatbusiness
