Atrocious service from Glasfit Denver!

I had an insurance claim on my wife's car windscreen. Glasfit Denver was appointed to do the job which they did. However, the windscreen wipers go on when my wife starts the car, put it in reverse or when the car goes over a hump. She reported the problem to Glasfit Denver who then send people out to fix the problem but could not do it and said that the the on-board computer had to be reset and that they will send spmeone out to do it. My wife has since tried to get hold of a person by the name of Kobus as well as the manager, Lionel, who don't return her calls! Kobus eventually returned her call a few minutes ago and he told her to take the car to a dealer in Midrand to have the computer reset. With the current fuel prices it could come to a tidy sum there and back which my wife is not willing to do and quite rightly so. We are awaiting feedback but never ever will I use Glasfit again!!
