After almost 3 weeks, no contact after arranging appointment

Its been two and a half weeks since someone called and we arranged to have windscreens repaired on 2 of my vehicles. I have called your office and the number times out. Kempton office blames Alberton. Alberton doesnt answer. Imagine, almost 3 weeks after an insurance claim you guys dont pitch and disappear.
