After a MONTH, No Delivery No Calls No Nothing

On 22 /09/15 I went to Glasfit Piet Retief looking for a Mazda E2000 Windscreen.<br> <br> I left My cell number, after 30 min they called, the lady said they found the windscreen, there was only 1 left in South Africa and said that if I realy want it I should come by the shop to Pay/Order before 17:00.<br> <br> I paid for the order in cash. She promised to deliver it Friday 25/9/15 because they recieve deliveries only twice a week, Tuesdays and Fridays.<br> <br> Friday came and Passed No delivery No Calls. New week came and Passed No dilevery No Calls. Saturday 3/10/15 I visited the Shop to ask. She said that Shatterprufe is on strike there is nonthing they can do.<br> <br> Today its a MONTH since I ordered My Truck windscreen. I have never recieved a call from them regarding this, they do not pick up calls ***). I have to drive 50 km to their shop to enquirey everytime their promise not met.<br> <br> Friday 16/10/15 I visited the Shop to cancel the order. Their last excuse was that the windscreen was delivered but was damaged they had to turn it back. So they asked me to give them until this passed Tuesday, its Friday today NO Calls from them NONTHING!.
