Absolutely useless and disrespectful

I went to Glasfit Menlyn more my vehicle inspection and while waiting for my appointment one of the employees the named Thulani came to the car next to me and just started leaning against my car while speaking to the person in the car parked next to me and he then moved and hit my side mirror with his waist and broke the mounting. He had no respect when I confronted him on the issue and started swearing and screaming at me which I think is a horrible representation of the company. He then said he will pay for the damages and when I brought the quotation from Renault he refused and said that he knows my kind. That I know that my mirror was broken before I got there and I just wanted to be a "*****" as he said. After trying to speak to his manager Bianca who aswell was absolutely useless she said that its not the companies problem its between me and him because the incident took place in their parking lot and not in their shop. He and the manager said I must make a case against him because they will not take responsibility for the damages and when I asked for his information to open the case he refused to give me a number or anything and again the manager said its not the companies problem. This is absolutely unacceptable and I believe that its a huge ************** against me to say to me that you know my kind and just want to be "*****". Now I need to go through a whole process to open up a court case and need to resolve the issue there which will probably take a while and I need to make do with almost R6000 damage to my car. If I could give them no stars I would have.
