Absolutely brilliant

I got in a glass company ( who shall remain nameless ) in to seal our aluminium windows because of a leak. In the process, they cracked a very large pane of glass, and refused to make good, so I had to claim from insurance, who agreed to pay for the damage, as the entire pane had to be replaced. The window is awkward to get to, and is quite high up. To get quotes, we started with PG Glass, who said that they would need 4 teams on the job, plus scaffolding, and that it would take a day. Glassfit came in at a third of their price, and did the job with one ladder and 4 guys in an hour! Unbelievable. They were efficient, and professional throughout. It is a long time since I have been so impressed with a service company. Their operations manager, Deneys, deserves special mention for professionalism and good communication throughout the process. A very refreshing change in this day and age.
