Glasfit Rustenburg

Glasfit had to replace a damaged passenger window but they left the side door panel broken, and everytime I ask them to please replace the panel door they are telling me there is NO stock in south africa for a 2020 ford ranger. Then I called Ford SA and they confirmed to me there is stock available. Lastweek I alerted the insurance and after a day glasfit called and they told me I must come for fitment on Monday they bought the part, monday I went and they were just taking me back and fourth, I asked them to show me atleast proof that they did purchase it or even an invoice but nothing was coming out from them. I am left with a damage on a car that I bought brand new last year. The insurance (Absa Idirect) is trying it is just that the process is very slow, mind you I have been patient with glasfit for over 3 months now. Please intervene on the matter
