Appalling service and facilities Glasfit Rustenburg

What an appalling experience. First of all the location, their workshop and facilities are extremely ***** and wow I do not have words for the back yard type of workshop. Arranged for my car to be there at 10:00 and according to the lady that made my booking it would be finished by 12:00. On arrival 14:00 it was still not finished because they only have 2 people in the workshop fitting windscreens. The receptionist also could not give me a time for when my vehicle will be ready. Needless to say I am still sitting here at 14:30, waiting… and hoping that my windscreen will be installed properly. I am definitely reporting this to my insurer.
