Glasfit Nigel, what an embarressment.

Glasfit Nigel is one of the few places I will never ever in my life support. I spoke to a lady today, wanting to know if I can bring my car in for an inspection before Saturday. Wanting to know until what time they are open, she tells me they are off line. No problem, I understand we all have issues with load shedding (if they had load shedding). Then she tells me that I need to make an appointment. Okay, I am getting off early from work tomorrow, can I bring the car before 16:30. Then she tells me that i must bring the car 10h00 tomorrow morning. I explained that i work in Benoni, then she has the audacity to tell ask me why I don't take the car to a glass place here? I mean really, are you making that much money that you don't need my business. No problem. Just a few notes, if i call to make an appointment, I don't have to explain my circumstances to you. If I phone you and try to make an appointment respect the privacy of your clients because why i am trying to make these type of arrangements, has got nothing to do with you. Thank you for telling me that I should go somewhere else. Now at least i know, not to go to Glasfit Nigel ever again. Pathetic service and extremely rude person who answered that phone.
