Bad service at Glasfit

I made a laybye fully paid for it in 2020 , till today they haven't come to install my burglar's. I've tried everything I could possibly do to get help. They don't seem to care, recently tried their heard office. At first it seemed as if they are willing to help now they are also not replying. I really need help I paid+R47000. I still have the slips with me.
