Glamstore SA ?

I too ordered a bag for a customer on the 19/02/18 I liased with a person called Irene over WhatsApp she assured me that the bag will arrive in 2 to 3 weeks time. It’s now been two months There are no responses to my WhatsApp queries or to my phone call The customer that wanted the bag has now lost patience and wants their money back I have communicated this to Glamstore since they have a policy to refund if the item is unavailable no surprise once again no response Terrible customer etiquette will never do business with them ever again
