One star because negative 5 does not exist. Total ****. I ordered & paid on 18/12/2023. Received an SMS with a link to an acknowledgement of payment & an order number. Never receided a tracking number. Allowing for Christmas, I sent an email enquiring, on 27/12/2023. To date, 17/1/2024 NOTHING! ‘Tracking’ on website said that no such order found. No phone number.
