useless company!!!

Purchased their hair iron it was full of praises bought it from a salon that stocks it , it said no virtual damage anyway I had noticed my hair had started getting damaged and started breaking I contacted glampalm they made me follow threw with the complaint which I did they picked it up and assessed it and said there's nothing wrong with it anyway as time went way my hair had gotten worst I phoned glampalm again they made me follow threw with the complain via the salon again so I did then I was told to go to sixtythree hair studio so I did at the salon I was told that there's nothing wrong with it and that I'm not treating my hair right they simple refused to give me a new iron instead of glampalm sorting the problem they left it to the salon whom are total *****s and idiots don't purchase a glampalm hair iron false adverti*****ts
