Pathetic Service from Glam Palm

I recently purchased a Glam Palm Hair Iron and am not happy at all with this iron. It is not worth the money I spent. My hair is not sleek after styling and it just completely dries out my hair . As far as I know if a product is of inferior quality and completely useless then I as a customer have every right to return it within 6 months for a full refund. Glam Palm is now refusing to refund the money and are insisting on an assessment to be done despite me sending them pictures of my hair post styling with their useless iron.
