GlamPalm Blocking people on Instagram for no reason!

I’ve been a customer/client of GlamPalm since 2013. I used their products because it’s good. However, one of my friends who is an influencer on Instagram posted and advertised for GlamPalm SA I clicked onto the their handle only to find out I am blocked from the Instagram page. I never followed them before or had any interaction with this account. I have emailed GlamPalm numerous times for answers as to why am I blocked. To date I have not received any communication at all.

If this is the service we receive from products we support than I rather take my business to GHD. Businesses cannot go around blocking people for no reason. I have ever right to know what’s the reason for the block. Customer service from this company is utterly disgraceful.

GlamPalm I will be reporting you to the NCC as well.
