DELIVERED WRONG GOODS - REFUSE TO REPLACE

I bought a hairpiece from Glamourize in December 2015 asking for dark brown - the piece arrived but it is black. I contacted Diane the same day the hairpiece arrived and Diane undertook to exchange it but said that her supplier in the USA were closed and can only do so in January 2016. I offered to pay the postage to have the exchanged hairpiece send to me (R155) but Diane refuses - she insist that I pay to return the black hairpiece and I must pay for the postage to have the brown hairpiece delivered. In the meantime I also found out that Diane's supplier is in Cape Town and that she **** to me. Diane has a bad attitude and refuses to assist me. Her argument is this BLACK is their DARK BROWN!!! I do not recommend her services to anyone!What a miserable experience!Got hold of the \supplier"who made the delivery to me on Diana's behalf"
