Horrific cancellation fees

Horrible service purchased a product and within an hour decided to cancel because it was not needed, and tried to cancel but no direct contact of the business on the site but a business WhatsApp number, when I confirmed the cancellation I was charged almost 30% of the purchase cancellation fee, this was in a matter of an hour of the purchase which I think is absolute ******* as the product was not even picked for shipping!
