GlamourGlow is hands down the worst online hair appliance company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They flood my Instagram feed with their flashy ads, promising massive discounts that seem too good to be true – and guess what? They are! But here's where GlamourGlow really shines in their awfulness – their cancellation policy. If you have the audacity to change your mind about their crummy products and want to cancel your purchase, be prepared to get ******. They have the gall to charge a whopping 20% fee for canceling an order. That's right, they'll gladly take your money and then charge you a hefty fee just to stop them from sending you their garbage merchandise. It's a complete ****!

Customer service? Ha! Don't even bother. When I tried to reach out to them to express my dissatisfaction, it was like talking to a brick wall. They couldn't care less about their customers once they have your money in their greedy hands. I might as well have been shouting into the void for all the good it did. They threatened to send us a lawyers letter and when we highlighted that their online return policy did not specify the 20% fee, even BEFORE my order left their premises, they quickly amended their online return policy and then refused to refund my money in full.
