Where is my Glamour Magazine

I subscribed to a promotion in Glamour Magazine in September. The dead line for the promotion was the 30 September. I subscribed on the 26 September and made a payment in that week. October came and went, I followed up with them on the 03 November. Through some mishap of theirs, the subscription was only activated for the December issues. The magazines are already on the shelves in shops and I still have not received my magazines. I am very disappointed with this service.
