Non delivery of prize

I entered a Bergasol competition in the December 2014 issue of the Glamour magazine. In January this year I received an email to say that I had won the Bergasol hamper and that I would be receiving imy prize within 8 weeks. I was delighted! Well it never arrived. I tried emailing and calling Lauren in the promotions department several times but got no reply. The one time that I did reach her telephonically she said she'd get back to me. I'm still waiting! I am very disappointed and I see now that I'm not the only one! Are the sponsors of these prizes aware that thet are not reaching the recipients? I'd be very interested to know how many more people have experienced the same thing.
