NO MAGAZINE AND NO FEEDBACK

I recently subscribed to the Glamour Magazine. My first issue was the October month and was meant to be hand delivered to me.<br> I called the call centre on 2 October asking where my magazine was. The lady rep**** saying \hand deliveries were sent out on 14 September"I asked her to follow up why i have not got mine.<br> She advised me that she would re send it that day (2 October) and will be delivered within 3 days.<br> I phoned again on 5 October as i have still not got my glamour. the guy that took my call said he will find out and get back to me by 4pm"
