Worst experience - Glamour hair

My experience was terrible , I had hair extensions sewn in the afternoon and the evening my scalp was tender , my hair was pulling. I left it for another day thinking it will loosen a bit as that has happened before. But it carried on and by day 2 the evening I saw 2 bald spots while brushing my hair the very next day I told the salon and sent a picture. They defended their stylist who was in a hurry to finish up 2 clients after me by closing time. They refused a refund and only offered to re do it or remove the extensions. I am now left with an issue I never had before this and I am now having to spend more money and time fixing it.
