Rude and Revolting Service!!

Revolting Service and absolutely RUDE cashier!!! Prices varies in store FROM that on the website. When I complained about it adviced that I will escalate the price differences as it is misleading the cashier unapologetically said: "you are more than welcome to".

But then, customer service is clearly not Glamor Hair's strong point as everyone is complaining about the poor service.

Good luck, your cashier is the first face you see and that makes her the face of your business. With a **** and unprofessional attitude towards your clients like that, you are bound to lose plenty business. A client wants to enjoy the experience too, not just the product. Please train your staff to deal in a professional manner with clients!! PS: please update the correct prices on your website so that clients don't feel overwhelmed when they reach the till and having to pay more than what they quote their clients on.
