Complaint

During my visit to the above salon, the salon appeared to be understaffed, with one stylist attending to multiple clients at the same time. This impacted the overall experience, as the appointment felt somewhat rushed and unstructured.

I spent over 4 hours at the salon, while the actual treatment itself took less than an hour, with a significant portion of time spent waiting. I was also not offered basic refreshments during this time.

After sharing feedback directly with the salon, the response I received included mention of possible legal action, which I found concerning, and my concerns were not addressed to at all.
