THE WORST SERVICE EVER !!!!!!!

i just want to inform people that this online shopping site is the worst. When you call or send a message it gets ignored completely. At first we got the half of our order but one of the shirts you could see that someone wore it before and it was torn on 3 places. Almost all of the sizes were completely wrong. I do not know how you can supply your clients with such junk after we paid in full.

I am so disappointed never in my life I have received service as bad as this. it's more than 3 months already and we still do not have our service or goods that we ordered. The 1st time in a month that I got a hold of her she is telling me that we will get it right before Christmas and if not and only then will she refund our money. Thank you !!
