Misleading and Poor Quality Products from Glamorous Cape Town

I had a terrible experience with Glamorous Cape Town and want to warn others before they fall into the same trap. The company falsely advertises itself as being based in Cape Town, South Africa, but it is actually based in China.

I ordered clothing from them, expecting local quality and easy returns, but the products I received were of shockingly poor quality and completely different from what was advertised. To make matters worse, they have no proper return or refund policy. You cannot return the goods easily because they don’t provide a return reference number for the courier (Buffalo Logistics) that delivered the parcel.

If you want to return the items you are forced to ship them back to China at your own cost which in my case was quoted as over R2,800—far more than the value of the items I ordered.

This is a **** and I strongly advise others to avoid Glamorous Cape Town at all costs. They mislead customers with false advertising, deliver subpar products, and have no accountability.
