Unfinished sloppy job

<p>I contracted Attie Lamprecht of Glamorous Roofing to redo a roof for me late 2015. In January 2016 I emailed him a defects list which to date has not yet been done. The water pours over the gutter installed and has caused damages to the wood underneath which has started to rot. He doesn't check his jobs. Says he is coming to have a look and never turns up. I emailed him again January 2017 as he says his work has a guarantee, which actually it doesn't, as he doesn't care and doesn't pitch up. His work sloppy and is left unfinished and you have to pick up the slack and have another company fix his mess.</p>
