Dishonest company

Ordered an item from Raeesa Osman at glamorise brands. Didn't receive item and when asked for a refund she kept on lying that she done a refund but I received nothing. She is very dishonest and always has a story based on lies. She keeps telling payfast that she's put money into her account for a refund but has no proof of payment to show them whenever they ask her for it. Please contact me if you need payfast contact details and person that I have been dealing with. I have been waiting almost two weeks now for a refund but there is always a story. Never buy from her company again
