Website labels and product (Pravana Vivids)

I purchased "Pravana Vivid Pink" from Glamorhair recently. I have been bleaching and toning my hair in order to dye it pink - so it was light enough. There was so little ***ment and it wasn't working - went onto my hair almost white/clear, and then I double checked and realised that you'd sent me "rose." I checked reviews as well though, and the "rose" colour does not seem to be that light. So I don't know if you're selling a **** or old product, but it's an absolute waste of money. In addition to that, the labels of things on your website in comparison to the picture and what you actually receive are all different, and not just with this product (the Colortone shampoos and conditioners are labelled incorrectly too). Disappointing product and service - suppose you get what you pay for. Really appreciated the other cheap products though (the V05 and pantene, etc.) - thank you for those.
