Terrible service and sub-par products

After years of purchasing hair extensions from this company, I have finally had enough of the terrible service from the owner (the other staff are wonderful and it’s terrible how they are treated) . The quality of their hair has changed drastically - from amazing, quality hair, the same hair is now not processed, it’s like synthetic and unbrushable with knots that you have to pull out despite using olaplex and other products to treat extensions from their store. 3 stylists have confirmed that the hair is not as they say it to be but rather a mix of synthetic and unprocessed hair.

There seems to be no guarantee on the hair and the owners are unhelpful, accusatory and incredibly rude. They sell you long hair but then when the hair has problems, say you shouldn’t have long hair - always blaming the customer. They will take no responsibility and treat long term clients like trash once having taken your money gladly
