Very bad service from a person called Crystal.

Went for only a root color was quoted R650. She chose a dark black color instead of the dark brown that my hair is naturally is.

She left color on for 25 mins. The black took on my hair and left a dark band but didnt cover the grays.

I complained and she tried to fix 1 spot. When I was done o went to a large mirror and saw that my gray hair was not covered at all.

I was given two options. Let her redo the hair (after I spent 3 hours there, removing weave, dyeing roots, having my weave treated washed and dried and reweaving) or to not pay for ONLY the services provided by Crystal.

I paid for the weave treatment. I didnt pay for the services from Crystal because it wasn't done right.

Crystal behaved in a low class way. Yelling at me and waving her hand in my face. Threatening me. Its typical of people of her upbringing and background so I didnt take too much offense.

I reviewed them on google and got a reply from Crystal originally. Then they edited the reply threatening me yet again and telling me that if I dont remove the review they will "sue me". Lol

I am in the 1% of reliable google guides in Sandton. I review every single place I visit ( worldwide! ) majority are good. But in the case that my review is bad... its deserved. My experiences are always honest.

Poor quality products and rude *********** staff. Stay away from this place!
