Complete waste of money

The extensions are extremely dry and looks really bad. I put them in once and it looks so bad and ****. They also didn’t want to assist in getting the tight color and said I had to color it myself or they cannot help me. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company, they will never see me again. This was a complete waste of time and money.
