I got a very rude email message when I enquired about my order that I did not yet receive. Bad Customer service.

29 Jul 2020, 19:07Her order dispatch on Monday 27th (,courier collects at 4pm). On 29th Wednesday morning she had sent me numbers of mails asking why it has not been delivered under 1 working day. Shes in a regional area, we told her as per email ( incl tracking ) it takes 3-5 working days especially during corona
