Damaged Goods

On the 24 January this year I bought earings and a blacelent in one of her stalls at Wonderpark Mall Pretoria.<br> That was on a Saturday,On Monday I decided to wear the bracelet the bracelet was loose and when i also pay attention to it on strap of the bracelet was missing I dont know if thats how i got it or it also fell aoo without my attention.<br> I took the bracelet back and the sales lady said shell contact her and explain the story,I had to wait for weeks without ant feedback and contacted her where she told me that she dont stay with me to can tell if i broke the bracelet or it was faulty at the time of purchase.She will attend to the loose problem the missing strip she is not gonna replace it.I asked about warranty period and i was told is one day which was also not stated on the receipt.<br> <br> As we speak the bracelet is still with her and ther were no further communication from her.<br> <br> The following were my assessment of her :<br> <br> Poor Customer Service<br> Consumer Rights lack understanding<br>
