Glam Fab house of fashion is a bogus business taking advantage of their customers

I bought a dress in April from this online business, on 02/04/2019 paid & all the lady told me that the dress was available, she told me it would take 3 weeks for me to get the dress, that was fine cause I wasn’t in a hurry. Only to find out that she meant 3 weeks for the dress to get to her and another 3 weeks for the dress to get to me. She doesn’t communicate she doesn’t update me on what’s happening instead I’m the one who always has to ask what’s happening, fast forward to over a month later she still isn’t saying anything I have to always ask what’s happening, she tells me that the dress is stuck in jhb, I’m in Pta & she’s in Durban so I found it pointless to take the dress to Durban from jhb then to me in Pta but when I expressed that to her she didn’t reply, anyway I asked her to send me her tracking details because I was losing patience & I didn’t trust her anymore. She sent me the tracking details & the dress o my arrived in South Africa on the 1st of May, imagine since the 2nd of April, meaning she never really had the dress with her it was all a lie. Her Watsapp statuses show that she’s receiving other orders that she has purchased but by some miracle my dress is not part of those orders that come.Trust when I tell you this is the first & last time I use the services of GlamFab house of fashion, their service is *** & they don’t respect their clients. I would advice people to not use their services because you will end up going behind their back with no luck I’ve been communicating with this woman for more that a months my husband even wanted to go open a case of theft against them. As an online business owner myself I understand the importance of keeping your clients updated & in the know of any delays concerning their order, transparency is the key in this business in order for people to trust you, They are just not good with customer service & till today I’m still waiting for my dress
