Beware of this company .Possible **** and very poor communication with customers.

I placed an order on the 26th of May 2023 via their facebook ad which led me to their website www.glam-capetown.co.za . I purchased via payfast and took a screenshot of my order number after the payment was made. I never received an email nor text confirmation from GLAM CAPETOWN confirming my purchase. i then sent an email via their website and received a very generic email back on the 7th of June 2023 stating - "Order Confirmation: Check your email inbox or spam folder for order confirmation. Please ensure it is not filtered as spam.

- Shipping Timeframe: Orders are usually shipped within 3-7 days in South Africa. Occasionally, there may be slight delays due to unforeseen circumstances or high demand."

It has now been 16 WORKING DAYS and i have not received any proper communication from this company and am starting to think it is a **** and i will be exploring ***** charges if they do not simply let me know where my product is and how much longer shipping will take.
